We can often do together what we cannot do alone.

I offer over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families who are dealing with eating disorders, body-image, depression, anxiety, relationship stress, substance abuse, and grief. I know that healing and lasting change is possible when you you have support and a plan that is based on your individual needs and strengths. Therapy may be short term if you are dealing with situational stress or pain. Therapy will last longer if you are seeking to change self-sabotaging coping strategies, beliefs, or behavior.

I have years of experience working with individuals who are struggling with eating disorders, whether that is dietary restriction, binge eating and purging, and/or compulsive exercise.  Depression, anxiety, and family stress often are present when you are living with an eating disorder.  Addressing all aspects are important while moving toward health and recovery.

While we cannot change the past, our past does not have to define our future.

My therapeutic approach is comprehensive with an emphasis on unconditional positive regard.  I provide a secure place for you to explore behaviors, core beliefs and feelings that may include, shame, fear, hopelessness, grief, anger, or guilt, all of which may interfere with your ability to live a life that is congruent with your values and that may distance you from family and friends.

I know that it takes courage to reach out for help. Whatever brings us together, you will be met with warmth and respect.
